You’ve warned us countless times about the risk of Artificial Intelligence.
You’ve called AI an existential crisis. You’ve called for government oversight. You’ve even said AI is more dangerous than the threat of nuclear war.
You want oversight of AI in general, but at the same time, you want complete freedom to test AI-assisted driving on innocent Americans. Tesla is using its customers as guinea pigs, and people are dying. Some of those already killed are pedestrians or bystanders. AI-assisted driving has the potential to save tens of thousands of American lives a year. We have to get it right.
It’s not okay to let people die before the technology is ready.
